Automation Support Services

Automation Support Services Pte Ltd have been providing support services to the Rolls-Royce facility located at the Seletar Campus, Singapore since the factory commenced production in 2012. These services have been provided by via our partner company, MacDonald Humfrey (Automation) SEA Pte Ltd who were the original suppliers of the Flow Lines via their subsidiary company Exmac Automation Ltd.

ASS are pleased to announce that they are now considered as Global suppliers directly to Rolls-Royce. The business account has been ratified by the Rolls-Royce Singapore procurement department.

ASS are looking forward to providing Rolls-Royce with any assistance they may require.

SAESL has awarded ASS with a 12 Month contract to provide comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Services for the 3 No. Engine Strip and Build Platforms located at their Calshot Road, Singapore facility.

ASS has been performing the PM Services since the Systems went live. SAESL has also engaged ASS to perform additional tasks associated with system improvements.

Further to completing the implementation of the All-In-One Logistics System, The Bin Handling System and the Pallet Handling System at the Oman Air Catering (OAC) Centre at the Muscat International Airport, Oman, Galfar SAOG have awarded Automation Support Services with a 10.5 Month contract to provide Preventive Maintenance and Call-Out Support Services for the systems. ASS will perform Quarterly PM checks and provide support cover on a 365day x 24 hour basis.

ASS’s Site Manager, Mark Skevington, will provide the 1^st level of support being based in Muscat for the duration of the contract. Mark has been instrumental in the mechanical and controls installation for the systems.
