Expert Technologies Group UK

Automation Support Services Pte Ltd (ASS) and the Expert Technologies Group UK (ETG) have reached a commercial agreement, whereby ASS will represent ETG in a sales and marketing capacity in Singapore, and the Greater South East Asia Region.

ASS will be active in various business sectors promoting ETG’s capabilities, and will be the local support company for any potential projects, utilizing their experienced local team of engineers, technicians, partners and suppliers to provide clients with solutions for turnkey solutions.

CRS Evonik Singapore

CRS Evonik, a petrochemical company based in Tuas Singapore, have awarded ASS Pte Ltd and their partner Wanpro (Far East) Ptd Ltd with a project to replace the controls associated with an Automated Weigh Scale Station.

The Weigh Scale Station will be upgraded with a new Mettler Toledo system, together with a new PLC Control Panel for the control of the associated Conveyors running through the Weigh Scale Station.

The Control Panel comprises a Schneider PLC system, together with all the other components required. New cabling will be installed as required.

Givauden Singapore

Givauden have awarded ASS Pte Ltd with a contract to provide Preventive Maintenance and Support for the 4 No. ZoneSafe gobo Systems previously installed at their facility in Singapore. The contract is for a 12 Month period commencing
October 2023.

The ZoneSafe gobo Systems were installed to help prevent collisions between pedestrians/workers and Fork Lift trucks at key ‘Blind-Spot’ areas in the facility. When a vehicle enters a ‘Blind-Spot’ area, the ZoneSafe System will activate a gobo Projector, which presents a large and bright rotating image (Safety Warning) onto the
floor.
